Sitting atop one of the private hills in KL, Tamarind Hill is a rustic oasis amid the city’s skyscrapers - an alluring and refreshing escape for city folks, allowing diners to have the illusion of being ‘out of town.. Diners ‘walk up an appetite’ via a flight of stairs led by flickering oil lamps at night. Natural elements like water and fire are used to create a subtle, understated drama in a contemporary Asian setting inspired by the hilltribes of Indochina, with extraordinary effect.
